Worldwide Shipping

 

(For Pre-Orders): Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays or for large orders. All of our bags are handcrafted and made-to-order, so this time is needed to make your bag with care. We ship via Regular Post.

Delivery time to USA, Asia, Europe (Free Shipping): approx. 7–15 business days (may take up to 30). Canada: approx. 12–21 business days (may take up to 30).

We ship everything duties and tax paid - additional import fees are not expected.

Shipping to Australia is temporarily suspended. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Final delivery is handled by your local government postal service (e.g., USPS in the U.S.), unless specified at checkout.

Please note that international deliveries may require a signature. Be sure your shipping address is accurate and track your package with the link provided. We ship everything duties and tax paid - you won't have to pay anything extra to import your items.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accommodate address changes or cancellations. Please ensure your information is accurate before finalizing your purchase.

Custom / Duty Fees

 

SPICYBEARS is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, delays, or fees incurred upon delivery. Delivery estimates exclude weekends and holidays.

Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, we cannot refund shipping or any related costs.

 

Unclaimed Orders

 

Unclaimed packages not returned to us by the carrier are considered fulfilled and non-refundable. If returned, reshipping fees may apply. Always ensure your shipping address is correct and track your shipment.
