Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, and sent back in its original packaging.
To request a return, email us at spicybears@spicybears.store.
Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to ship it.
Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Damages or Defects
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 business days of delivery with photos.
We’ll review the issue and either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.
Keep in mind — your bank or credit card company may take extra time to process and post the refund.
Note: If the return is not due to a defect, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
