Yes — returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 3 days of delivery with photos.Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a confirmed defect. Yes — each bear is washable, unless otherwise specified in the product description. Remove all hardware and place the bag inside a laundry bag before washing. Use a gentle hand-wash cycle in cold water, and air dry only to preserve the shape and materials.
